Christmas harassment – Universal Medicine cult bullies express their love

Sarah Davis la la laCult leader, Serge Benhayon says every day is like Christmas for his followers, who make the effort to be joyous and loving 365 days of the year. So it’s merely a coincidence that Rebecca Baldwin, Desiree Delaloye, Sarah Davis and cult psychologist, Marianna Masiorski, chose the last few days to demand I remove all references to their promotion of Universal Medicine’s toxic enterprise from my blogs, and to accuse me of breaking some law or other, which they haven’t named. Ms Davis sent hers early Christmas morning as a gesture of good cheer. As usual the Esoteric sourpusses aren’t sure which law I’m breaking, they don’t specify which statements of mine are allegedly false, and the puppet master, Serge Benhayon, is nowhere to be seen.

Originally I posted the demands and accusations on my Christmas post, but as I expect more apologists to send demands, their attempts at intimidation and censorship deserve their own URL.

Factual, ‘derogatory and incorrect’ or something – the parameters of Esoteric censorship

The first hissies rolled in on December 22nd.

I note that you intentionally refer to my business Design-Arts and myself on your sites ‘Universal Medicine Accountability’ and ‘Facts About Universal Medicine’ to harm my business and my reputation.

I request that all references are removed immediately.

Sincerely,
Desiree Delaloye

Ms Delaloye is Serge Benhayon’s longstanding personal assistant, business partner with Benhayon in Universal Healing Symbols, and with Miranda Benhayon in Featherlight Productions. She is director of the College of Universal Medicine charity. The majority of Ms Delaloye’s Design Arts clients are UM followers/Esoteric practitioners.

*

I note that despite the fact that you have never met me and have never engaged my services, you continue to deliberately attempt to damage my business and reputation on both this web site ‘Facts about Universal Medicine’ and on ‘Universal Medicine Accountability’. Again I request that you remove all references to my name and my business completely and in full immediately.

Using multiple pseudonyms to attempt to conceal your identity and falsely boost numbers on your websites is no longer a viable deceit tactic. Your real name has been known to me since you started distributing a bogus ‘Press Kit’ to the employers of friends and colleagues that you similarly harass. This document, co-authored with [ redacted ], clearly implicates you in the authoring of the ‘Universal Medicine Accountability’ blog. Your identity in association with  ‘Facts about Universal Medicine’  has also become public knowledge.

I will reiterate – I request you take steps to remove all references to me and my business from your blogs, immediately.

Sincerely,
Rebecca Baldwin

Ms Baldwin runs the six or so Universal Medicine propaganda blogs, ‘Women in Livingness, Truth About Serge Benhayon, Words on Serge Benhayon, Medicine and Serge Benhayon’ etc. Again, Ms Baldwin’s clients for her web design business are primarily UM followers.

Maybe Rebecca really means it this time. She sent the following on July 19 after the Mystic dentist, Rachel Hall tried to have me charged with stalking for politely asking her to stop promoting a treatment room predator.

I request you cease naming me on your blogs and remove all references to me that now exist. What you are doing constitutes stalking and harassment and it is a criminal offence.

I received notification from AHPRA on December 23rd that they’d made the decision that the complaint of professional misconduct from the cult psychologists lacked substance, the matter is closed and they thanked me for my patience.

Cult psychologist, Marianna Masiorski made her demand via email on the same day.

Attention Ms [Redacted],

I am aware that you are the convenor and publisher of these online blogs – ‘Universal Medicine Accountability’ and ‘Facts About Universal Medicine’.

You have been discussing me, my businesses and my professional conduct in the most false and untrue of terms even though you have never had dealings with me personally or in my professional capacity.

I consider that the content of your blogs and naming me in them is unlawful and damaging. I request that you remove any reference to my name and business from your sites as well as removing all derogatory content targeting Universal Medicine immediately.

Sincerely,

Marianna Masiorski

LOL. For real. UM certainly attracts high calibre health professionals. Ms Masiorski has written blog posts on the Medicine and Serge Benhayon  and other propaganda sites, and spoken at the cult’s Psychological Well-Being conference promoting Universal Medicine and Benhayon’s toxic Esoteric Psychology.

And Sarah Davis put hers in the comments at 5:30 on Christmas morning.

Sarah Davis says:
December 25, 2013 at 05:31

Dear Ms [redacted], You have identified yourself as blogging under the name Darkly Venus and as publishing the ‘Universal Medicine Accountability’ blog, and I’m aware from DMCA counter-notifications that you sent WordPress in respect of copyright infringements on the ‘Facts about Universal Medicine’ blog that you blog and publish that blog under the name, Pranic Princess’.
In these blogs you make repeated incorrect and derogatory references to Real Media Real Change (RMRC) clearly aimed to damage the reputation of this company and those associated.
I do not know you personally and have had no dealings with you on behalf of RMRC. I consider the content of your blogs (and naming myself and RMRC on them repeatedly) to be in breach of Australian law and therefore request that you remove any reference to RMRC from your site.
Your immediate response is requested.
Sincerely,
Sarah Davis, Co-Director of RMRC

Sarah Davis holds the ABN for RMRC as a sole trader. RMRC’s first event, the Cyber-Bullying Conference flopped when eight out of ten speakers cancelled when informed RMRC is anti-free speech front backed by Universal Medicine – a detail Ms Davis hadn’t considered relevant to inform them. Since then, Real Media Real Change exclusively promotes events associated with Universal Medicine enterprises, particularly Esoteric Women’s Health, or solely featuring speakers who are avowed UM followers, described as ‘like a religion‘ by one of its team.

So now when my friends ask what I got for Christmas, I can answer; ‘Lets see, a Lamborghini, some haute couture, some bling, and oh yeah, some harassment from a few sour-faced, legally illiterate cult clones protecting their predatory guru.’

A few points

I doubt any of them intend to end up in court, or if they do, they’re sillier than we think. Whether it be a defamation action or a tilt at ‘injurious falsehood’, they’ll get stuck when the court finds nothing I’ve said is false – all backed with documentary evidence. ‘Incorrect and derogatory’ won’t cut it.

If they think my comments are derogatory, wait til the court questions their public promotions of UM in light of clear documentary evidence of abuse, exploitation and unethical behaviour, as well as a lot of negative media reports and a lot more to come. The media attention is likely to be less kind again, which serves our purposes of exposing the UniMed cult beautifully. It appears none of our precious sourpusses have considered the Streisand Effect.

It’s more likely they’re attempting a pretence at legal action to try and fool Google into removing more search results, and I’m presenting a case to Google to request that Google withholds from doing so without an actual court order. My request is strengthened by the fact the cult told Google more than a year ago they intended to act against me on behalf of 50+ clients, yet failed to do so in spite of having the resources to do it, and in spite of me continuing to expose them. (Google has forwarded the complaints dating from October 2012 and they’ll get their own post soon.)

Whether we get them into court or not, it won’t stop me from writing about UM and all its simpering apologists on this platform or others. It won’t stop the NSW parliamentary inquiry from looking at my 50 page submission on Benhayon’s false and misleading health related claims or the media from reporting on that. It won’t stop me talking to the media. It won’t stop me making an application for Benhayon to have his working with children certificate cancelled, and it won’t stop the ACNC from examining the sham College of UM charity or UM’s application to be registered as a religion for charity purposes.

It’s true, I’ve never met any of these silly people, except for Desiree. They’re not the kind of people I’d associate with. I don’t need to have engaged their services to point out their financial and professional connections with UM and criticize their public promotions of Sergio the bullshitter’s harmful teachings and practices. In Desiree’s case, I exposed her abuse of legal process when she made false copyright infringement complaints in an attempt at censorship. Making false statements in legal applications is an offence under Australian law.

Working against their cases is the fact none of what I’ve exposed about them is false, and they’ve failed to qualify which of my statements about them are such in their demand letters. They’ve all attempted to intimidate and censor me – all documented – the only one of Serge’s treatment room victims whose had the guts to out him.

It’ll be interesting to see which of them are silly enough to front court with this nonsense – like lambs on Serge Benhayon’s sacrificial altar. They’ll find themselves defending exorcism, inappropriate touching, privacy invasion, sexist degradation, false therapeutic claims, extra-terrestrials, supernatural enemies and unaccompanied juvenile houseguests, as well as they’re own denials and evasions. When the court annihilates their case, we’ll make an application for costs. That’d be a satisfying outcome for us and the rest of Serge’s victims. We’re all itching to get the bastard into court – by proxy will do.

    • Dear Desiree and Rebecca,

First of all, greetings of the season.

Second, I know where you think you’re going with this – attempting to intimidate me into thinking you have a defamation case.

You need better legal advice. I won’t be removing a single thing or replying to your emails in case you do a Rachel Hall and try to present that to the police as Esoteric stalking. I will however, post every communication you or your associates attempt with me on this site until you start answering the questions.

I’ve made no attempt to damage your businesses and reputations. I’ve merely pointed out your financial and professional connections to UM and criticized your promotions of it, as is my right in a country where free speech is protected. Take a look at defamation law. You have every right to sue me if what I’ve written is false. It’s a fact that both of you work for Benhayon, that most of your clients come from Universal Medicine and both of you publicly promote a man who preyed on me and others in his treatment room and had himself photographed inappropriately touching a woman and calling at a healing for sexual abuse. You are promoting an enterprise that has damaged individuals and families internationally.

If you’d like to engage in a dialogue here, which I have always invited you to, you might want to point out which parts of the press kit are ‘bogus’, which are my ‘multiple’ pseudonyms, how me using a pseudonym is a crime, or worse than any of UM’s plethora of deceits, and how do I manage to ‘falsely boost my numbers’ when my sites are now at the top of google searches in spite of the cult’s attempts at censorship? What crime am I ‘implicated’ in by writing a blog, where every word written can be backed by evidence or is referenced?

Take a gentle breath, Rebecca and Des. If you want to minimize damage to your business and reputation, stop promoting Benhayon. Take your names and your gushing Serge worship off the loveblogs. And Desiree, you’re his business partner and personal assistant – you of all people know what he’s like. Don’t blame me for damaging your reputation. Blame Serge.

If we didn’t unearth the facts about UM, someone else would, and you’d be trying the same bullying and intimidation, but the facts aren’t going away, and you might want to think about why Serge is so reluctant to take me to court.

I will reiterate – greetings of the season.

      With sincere atmic love,

      Venus

      • It’s be a stretch to prove damage by pointing out a very clear association that they themselves promote. Crazy.
But might not stop them attempting a few letters anyway in the hope that the intimidation works.
        It won’t.
Notice how there is nothing from Serge himself, the actual subject of the blogs.
Why Rebecca and Desiree do you think that is? Perhaps it is because he would have to argue in a court that the things said aren’t true, and the beauty of a legal case is people can be subpoenaed. Others can be forced to tell the truth for fear of contempt of court. Girls, you’re being used. You’re the stooges. Again. Ponder that.

  3. Looks like a new hare-brained plan by the inner circle. “Bogus” press kit? Hmmmm. Distributed to “employers of friends and colleagues”…HAMISH! An admission that’s where they got it. Thanks Rebecca.

Tip- Damage to your business and reputation has come about by your association with a sociopathic cult leader. UM is generally regarded as a cult going way back, Serge is widely despised going way back. Willfully blind to it you are, but the trail of destruction left by Serge is significant. You’ve hitched your wagon to him, and put your face on TV Rebecca. It’s your lookout. However, the fact that you claim there is damage suggests that the association with Universal Medicine is not a productive one. Do you not see the contradiction? Try arguing that one in a court. Actually I would love to see the muddle headed Paula doing just that. Gawd. No comment on Desiree. Though I have spoken to plenty who have.

I’d say the “plan” is to use the emails to you as another attempt at intimidation in the form of a subsequent claim for damages and losses. However, they will also have to argue that the association with Universal Medicine creates a a loss and damage to their reputations. Or that Universal Medicine and Serge is being defamed. Uh oh, that plan sucks. Good one Paula. In order to win, you need to lose. Love your spherical thinking.

    • It’s true. In legal terms they can only prove damage to their reputations if the statements are false.

Rebecca Baldwin and Desperate Desiree are on the record defending a sexual predator and photographic images of him inappropriately touching women.

That’d be Paula Fletcher’s esoteric interpretation of Australian law again.

Again, for the benefit of cult members – slander and defamation can only be proven if the alleged defamatory statements are found to be false.

      • I think they are tilting at what they might think as an easier damages suit to try and shut the hate bloggers up (fat chance). But as I said, it’s way too easy to prove that they have clearly announced their own pandering association with the group, therefore they’d be forced to admit that the group has a bad reputation in order for their argument to have any merit. They’re back to arguing the right to free speech and the right to satire and criticism, which would fail.
It was an ill-formed thought bubble over at cult HQ I think. Surely by now they must be wondering why Sergio “I will debate anyone in the world/never back away from the truth” Benhayonandon won’t make a stand. You’d think that damned penny would drop!

  4. Hi Rebecca and Desiree.

It’s a tad worrying that you don’t consider your active association with, and promotion of, a man who teaches that children are sexually abused because they were pedophiles in previous lives to be damaging to your businesses and reputations, but you feel someone pointing that inconvenient fact out is.

By your own belief system and ‘livingness’, when you align yourself with something or someone, and especially when you vocally proclaim that someone is the most integrous human being alive, you can’t just cherry pick the parts that appeal to you and pretend that certain sordid details will not taint your reputations, because they will. Clearly you agree, otherwise you wouldn’t have bothered posting here.

If you’re really concerned about your reputations, allow yourselves to reconnect to your the pranic intellect. of your lower minds, and listen to the absolute toxic drivel that Serge spews in his audio recordings. Re-read his books with a similarly critical eye and ask yourselves if there is anything within them that you wouldn’t be willing to stand up and defend publicly. If you find that you would not be willing to stake your reputations on the bizarre and disturbing claims that constitute the body of Serge’s teachings, how is that the fault of anybody other than yourselves?

If any of this makes you uncomfortable, you should have thought about that a long time ago. It’s time to take responsibility for the loveless choices you have made. The only person damaging your reputations is Serge, but you chose to align with him despite consistently being exposed to claims, activities and business conduct on his behalf that fail to meet any reasonable standard of integrity, Moreover, you’ve chosen to do so in various public arenas.
    https://www.goodreads.com/review/show/326518105

Again, if you consider any of the above to be damaging to your reputations, it is entirely your own doing.

    Ponder on that.

    • I’d forgotten about that. And good old Richard argued eloquently but with futility. You can’t win an argument with a stupid person, they just keep feeling like they come up on top. I see Paula got herself into the fray demonstrating her patent inability to present a good argument. Doesn’t auger will for Desiree or Rebecca does it?

I wonder if Rebecca realizes she outed Hamish forward button Broome? She’s now publicly confirmed he lied to his employers when he told them he did not pass any information along to the group. I think he swore it on his grannie’s and kid’s life or something too. Nice I guess that is called “telling the ‘spherical’ truth’. Which they all seem pretty adept at.

It’s pretty clear to me that Desiree and Rebecca are doing what Serge won’t, probably after he asked them if they ‘felt to’ do something. They’re so incidental on these sites, why would they bother? Yawn. The reality is girls, the press kit was early days. We know a lot more since then, and it’s worse. Bring it on. Happy Xmas.

  5. Thank you Darkly and others for highlighting this evil cult. It’s taken hold of three generations of my family. Preying on them.
I hope the officials and politicians can see that this cult will take over if they don’t share contacts and have a common approach to dealing with this international cancer.
Ethical committees need to take a strong approach to this as government registration agencies are completely limited by their terms of reference, limiting them to just one profession.
Be alert, look for the tell tale signs. This is real and present danger for your family.

  6. Dear Rebecca, dear Desiree

I think Venus and Richard, among others, have said everything there is to say but let me just add this: if you think that your comments and public request to remove alleged damaging material from this blog will lend gravitas to any legal action you might have planned for the future you are gravely mistaken.
It might be true that you don’t get as many clients now that people are made aware of the fact (!) that you are supporters and followers of Serge and his damaging ideas and the cult that is Universal Medicine. It might be true that people think different about you or that people don’t hire you because they are uncomfortable working with someone who is affiliated with UM. But ponder this: while beliefs (religious or other) may be a private matter, they become somewhat of a public interest when what you believe (in) affects your work. Let’s say I went to see a marriage councillor because my marriage is on the rocks. The councillor gives advice, I follow the advice. Months later I find out that my marriage councillor is a Roman Catholic and his advice was based on the beliefs of the Roman Catholic
Church. Let’s further assume that I am an atheist. I would feel deceived.
If I had known from the start, I would have been able to make an informed decision whether to work with a Roman Catholic councillor or not. This is, what people are doing when they decide not to work with you. They know all the facts and they are making an informed decision. All Venus is doing is giving them the relevant information. That’s not defamation, my darlings, even if you feel you are being treated unfairly.

On another note: a very merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone and especially to Venus and her 100 pseudonyms 😉

See you all in the new year!

  7. I wonder if they’ve twigged that their email demands are now on the internet for everyone to see?

They probably thinking I’m lying catatonic in a pool of my own wee wee because I’m so intimidated by being IMPLICATED in writing a blog and using a PSEUDONYM *gasp* and commenting on Rebecca being all over the internet vocally defending a low life scam artist, and having a go at the same pernicious little turd’s personal assistant Desiree for making false copyright claims against me. The fact both of them are very vocal public advocates for UM will work against them.

Anyway a couple more points on why their case is weaker than Curtis Benhayon’s singing voice.

My comments are facts and fair opinions based on those facts.

A court will look at the complaints to Google made 14 months ago where Paula Fletcher acted for 50+ cult members and demanded Google release my identity so that they could take legal action against me. The court will ask why they didn’t act and why they allowed the allegedly damaging material to continue to be disseminated in spite of having the numbers and financial resources to mount a defamation action. The court will ask about the legal basis for the copyright and trademark infringement complaints which weren’t acted on when challenged, and will ask why Rebecca Baldwin hasn’t acted against me when she already sent a similar email demand about 6 months ago.

The court will ask about their defence of Benhayon and it will turn into a trial of Serge, which is exactly what we’ve been seeking.

Finally, typical of Esoterics, the complaints of damage to their businesses and reputations is typically narcissistic and grossly insulting to people whose health has been damaged by UM’s toxicity. Not to mention the families fractured by Serge’s pathological teachings, and the money wasted on worthless anti-health crap. Countless readers of this blog have lost relationships and families to this rubbish, and Des and Bec et al want to come after ME for damages. We should be mounting a class action against THEM.

    And thx bunny xox

    • OMG WE’RE IMPLICATED IN USING PSEUDONYMS!!

OMG WE WRITE BLOGS POINTING OUT UNFORTUNATE FACTS!!

      WE’RE DISORGANIZED CRIMINALS

      OMG OMG!!!!!

But it’s okay to touch breasts and genitals and tell women their breast milk is passing negative energy to their babies and rape and murder victims were asking for it. Just decorate it with love hearts and it’s all beauty-full.

  8. They’ve had your identity for more than a year but have kept carrying on about you being anonymous? Then they accuse you of deceit? Yet they don’t have the balls to refute what you’ve written.

Merry Christmas DV and everyone. Don’t let the turkeys get you down. 🙂

    • Hamish had my name in December, and would have gotten the original press kit in March when I sent it to his editors. I think Serge had HCCC complaints from me with my name on them early 2013, but I reckon Google probably gave them my name in October. And no I wouldn’t have sent the Press Kit to the Norther Scar if I’d known Hamish was a cult mole. It has since been souped up considerably anyway.

Why should I give my name out to a bunch of deluded religious zealots? How long before they become Esoteric suicide bombers who decide to kill off a few people to ‘cleanse their karma’?

Using a pseudonym isn’t against the law, but misleading and deceptive advertising is in breach of the Trade Practices Act (false therapeutic claims, bogus ‘accreditation’); taking medical histories without qualifications is in breach of the Privacy Act, and then there’s insurance fraud and indecent assault.

All of which will be aired when our love-ly complainants front court.

Merry Xmas to you too. Turkeys? Bah humbug. 🙂

      • The turkeys can get stuffed. 🙂

One of Rolf Harris’s alleged victims has come forward after 45 years – and as we know, victims of sexual abuse don’t forget and it’s common for them to come forward with charges long after the offence. When Serge inevitably goes down, the victims will start coming forward and Rebecca and Desiree and the rest of the Eso-pimps will have to live with the knowledge they pimped vulnerable people into a culture of abuse, and then tried to silence the people who are speaking out.

A few hundred bullying brides of Serge are the reason people are frightened to come forward.

But writing under a pseudonym is so much worse.

        • Right. In fact, the denial and abuse levelled at us for mentioning it is also very typical of what happens to victims when they do try to speak up. No wonder almost none do. An expert in the field told me that all such cases are historical. In his experience none are current because those close to the perps can never imagine/admit that such things have been going on.

We do know there is something very odd about the Miranda/Serge situation AT THE VERY LEAST. Put in perspective, if I or any other ‘simple man’ were to have had a similar series of events in their timeline, the perception I think would be very different to how the members view Serge and Miranda. More worryingly, it is now clear to me that Miranda’s has been known to members for quite a number of years. The members at large are somehow able to reconcile this to accommodate what they want to believe. Again, it comes down to choosing fantasy over facts, past lives over past events, the fantastic over the fictitious. Whatever the reason, the group at large are at best forgiving of sins they would and should not otherwise, and at worst, enablers. Those doing battle for him, as he won’t himself, are in my view, as bad or worse than him. Full stop.

  9. Well done Venus. I have a very clear experience when a one Belinda Jane a major princess of Serge stated to me “courts are not the place of TRUTH”. You can never beat facts girls and that’s what you clearly do not have. Your truth….well there is no future in that.
All the very best to everyone and your families

  10. Now a reminder of the kind of season’s greetings Serge the puppet master delivers in response to Gayle Cue’s question in 2011 New Year interview about whether the holidays increase demand on his Esoteric healing services.

‘…we do see an increase in emergencies. Around about the fifteenth of December until the end of January because of people visiting family, and those sort of emergencies are coming up. And hospital visits…

…everyone puts so much effort into making Christmas a joyous time. We make that same effort 365 days of the year.’

Yeah, Serge is determined to denigrate and smash families all year round. So have any of those emergency Esoteric healings or year-round-money-for-nothing-touch-up sessions helped ANYONE to heal the relationships Serge and UM have damaged? The only relationships that improve for UMers are with fellow sycophants and only if they toe the cult line and desist from asking questions.

It’s a bit like Serge’s views on parenting, the gender war he loves to stoke, and his catastrophizing of alcohol and drug problems and dairy products. All such issues can be remedied without joining a cult, without destroying your relationships and your ability to enjoy life and without selling your soul to a conniving little predator.

    • I thought you didn’t make “effort”- Remember Marianna Masiorski’s admonishments on the subject of trying? A psychological treatise on the art of stupidity. That must have been an esoteric slip by the (deep echoing voice) “master of the universe”!

I have been wondering why Serge couldn’t just use his magic to go to the (deep echoing voice) “fifth dimension!” and work out who the (scary voice) Lords of Form are that are attempting thwart his (you know what to do) “Work on earth!” Maybe he was too distracted by the (Dr evil laugh) “fiery building fund” temperature gauge, willing it to hit the top and wondering why he didn’t just make it a round million. And casting spells to try and make sure the libs put an end to the dastardly ACNC that will make him have to account for where the money goes.

  11. Dear Ms Rockett, You have identified yourself as blogging under the name Darkly Venus and as publishing the ‘Universal Medicine Accountability’ blog, and I’m aware from DMCA counter-notifications that you sent WordPress in respect of copyright infringements on the ‘Facts about Universal Medicine’ blog that you blog and publish that blog under the name, Pranic Princess’.

    • Which Australian law, Ms Davis?

What content about you or RMRC is ‘incorrect’?

      Do you mean false?

Making criticisms of reprehensible public behaviour is not a criminal offence. If you find facts ‘derogatory’ that’s your problem.

You need better legal advice because you don’t have a case.

Readers, note the time signature on Ms Davis’ message. While the rest of us were waking to a day of celebration with loved ones, Ms Davis was conniving to silence critics.

Ms Davis is the same woman described as a ‘role model’ in the Esoteric Women’s Health promotional video. The same video that omits mention of Esoteric Women’s Health abusive practices, sexist degradation and privacy invasions via Benhayon’s Esoteric Breast, Uterus and Ovary Massage. Ms Davis is also responsible for putting a primary school aged girl (whose identity we are aware of) on stage in a YouTube video in celebration of her guru in spite of our many questions about his conduct with juvenile girls. Ms Davis is the spouse of Hamish Broome, Northern Star hack journalist, who sought the identities of UM’s victims under the pretence of writing a story, to give them to the cult. Ms Davis is the proprietor of anti free speech cult front, Real Media Real Change and its spectacular conference flops.

Rather ugly behaviour for someone who publicly insists she’s ‘beauty-full’ in the EWH video.

If your reputation has been damaged, Ms Davis, it’s due to your own conduct and that of your fellow Esoteric ‘role models’. If you want to prove damages for me documenting your conduct in relation to promoting the grubby and secretive UM enterprise, you’ll be asked to quantify the damage of my comments in isolation from the negative media stories about UM and your own public statements and behaviours. You’ll also be asked to provide financial statements, which means we get to find out more about RMRC’s funding.

      Who’s paying you, Sarah?

If you’re not being paid, you have even less of a non case.

And if I were you, I’d look up the Streisand Effect.

      • Where’s Wally… I mean Serge? If anyone should be making a noise, it is him. Where art though Sergey boy?

Hiding somewhere I guess while sending out your minions to do your bidding. Placing woman on TV, shoving them in front of reporters, getting them to write complaints, opening new fronts you’ve suggested…

No sign of the big man at all. He just hides in the background without the courage to stand up for what he says he knows is the truth, without the spine to make his case, without the honestly to declare us liars. That is one heroic messiah they are all protecting, just like they did the day he went wobbly kneed when David Millikan declared him a first rate cult leader. C’mon Sergio, come out of hiding and act like a man. It’s about time.

    • “In these blogs you make repeated incorrect and derogatory references to Real Media Real Change (RMRC) clearly aimed to damage the reputation of this company and those associated”

By “incorrect and derogatory” I take it Sarah means any statement pointing out the connection between RMRC and Universal Medicine. Since that connection is proven beyond doubt, how is it derogatory, unless Sarah feels that being associated with Serge Benhayon is something that will “damage the reputation of this organization”? As with Rebecca and Desiree, you (Sarah) have chosen to lay your reputation on the line defending Serge as a man of “the utmost integrity”. Either he is or he isn’t. If he is, then why isn’t he defending himself in public over all of this? It really shouldn’t be so hard to do so, especially for a man willing to “debate anyone on the planet” over the claims he makes.

If he isn’t, then you’ve got bigger problems than trying to censor this blog. Maybe you should have a good hard think about the implications of what has been reported since these blogs started. Which do you think is the more likely scenario:

Serge is an ascended master; a fifth level initiate sent from Shamballa to serve humanity who can travel to the fifth dimension; who is the reincarnation of multiple famous historical figures and who knows more than anyone about everything ever and who thinks capitalism is evil despite raking in extraordinary amounts of money by any means possible.

      Or:

Serge is a charming, but thoroughly unscrupulous, deceptive, narcissistic and sociopathic conman who has convinced himself and countless others of his own plagiarized mythology; who has involved his followers in various questionable conduct and business practices; who has divided families and who will bend
and break various laws to increase his personal wealth?

If Serge truly is the most amazing man in history, it should be pretty easy for him to stand up and prove it. In which case, what do you care what a few anonymous hate-bloggers who haven’t addressed their own issues think?

    • Right, so over the last six months or so where we’ve exposed UM’s sham charities, molestations, rorts, exploitations and frauds, Sarah Davis, Rebecca Baldwin and Desiree Delaloye and the other Esoteric GENIUSES have spent the time trying to figure out if Venus and I are the same person?

When they weren’t racking their atrophied intellects on that, they were hatching a bunch of cunning plans to intimidate and silence us, all of which have backfired as they continue to promote a predatory organization in order to recruit more victims. And then they wonder why business has gone to shit.

‘I’m aware from DMCA counter-notifications that you sent WordPress in respect of copyright infringements…’

No, Sarah: in respect of FALSE copyright infringement complaints that Desiree made. Do we need to remind you that it’s an offence to make false statements in legal claims, and if Desiree et al want to take this to court, you will be asked to explain a range of false complaints.

But I suspect none of this is intended to make it to court. It looks more like a pretence at initiating legal action – sending us a few legal letters which they will forward to WordPress and Google to try and convince them to censor us. In which case, we will make a formal request to Google that they hold off any removal of search results until our unlearned love-lys provide a court order. WordPress won’t censor us without one.

      And we will fight it.

    • Next time use the contact form Marianna, love.

Ditto for the rest of you. Use the Contact form for your demands. I can’t be bothered checking the email address Rachel Hall is giving out.

And Marianna, AHPRA found those complaints you made about me – accusing me of professional misconduct and casting aspersions on my mental health – had no substance. The court will also take that into account. They’ll also ask which statements I’ve made about you are false.

    • “… well as removing all derogatory content targeting Universal Medicine immediately”

Yeah, never mind whether it’s true or not, just cover it up, right? I thought Universal Medicine was promoting a different way of being to that of the “loveless astral cult”? It would appear, however, that evidence of corruption is dealt with in the same way in UM as it is in the real world: censored, denied, and lied about.

Venus, I’d suggest you don’t remove anything. Doing so would require effort, and that may result in depression setting in.

Marianna, I’d say the content of the following blog is more of a concern to your professional reputation:
      http://medicineandsergebenhayon.com/2013/05/06/beyond-depression-an-effortless-approach/

One question though; is the following a reference to Serge’s indefatigable efforts to increase his financial gains (regardless of legalities), along with his questionable mental health?

“And I see that this approach has transferred to financial or material “gains” as adults and also has tainted our approach to healing in general and our mental or emotional health”

        • LOL!!

Run that through the reality tester and it comes out as:

THIS SITE IS CALLED MEDICINE AND OUR STAR CONTRIBUTORS ARE HEALTH PROFESSIONALS BUT IF YOU TAKE ANY OF THE UNFOUNDED PSEUDOSCIENTIFIC AND SYCOPHANTIC BULLSHIT WE’VE WRITTEN SERIOUSLY THAT’S YOUR PROBLEM!!

FUCK OFF IF YOU THINK YOU CAN SUE US OR COMPLAIN TO AHPRA FOR MISLEADING YOU INTO WRECKING YOUR LIFE OR HEALTH BECAUSE YOU CAN’T BECAUSE WE WROTE THIS SCARY DISCLAIMER IN ALL CAPS AND PAULA FLETCHER SAID SO.

I WILL REITERATE – FUCK YOU, FUCK YOUR FAMILY AND FUCK OFF AND YOU TOTALLY CAN’T SUE US YOU GULLIBLE TWAT.

with atmic love, the administrator ❤

  13. Oh dear. Still haven’t got a clue then what free speech means, Marianna? It’s all getting a bit spherical, isn’t it?

  14. Looks like they are cooking up a new plan. However, I already know it will fail. I wonder if any of them have been involved with commercial litigation? I think you are going to get a few more of those. It’s clearly a job they were all given after a meeting post last cult hook up.
After they’ve finished copying each other (probably from an email PF sent them), you’ll get the threatening letter or the application. Or they may use the notices as another attempt to have the posts taken down. Let’s see what the “brains”-trust has come up with this time.

Meantime, flicking through YouTube this morning I came across a little thing on psychopaths. It’s been spoken about here before, but since Marianna stuck her head up, I think it is timely to remind everyone- especially the cult psychologists who have no clue- how to recognise one and what they are.

“Psychopaths primarily lack empathy. Many controlled tests show that they do not process emotions in the same way as regular folk. They experience emotions in a more shallow fashion, however, they can imitate emotions and empathy and often appear to possess more than your average person. This lack of empathy means they don’t have a conscience in the sense you or I might. They instead have a sense of entitlement and grandiosity. They manipulate people around them with various forms of coercion. This is often subtle and psychological. It is their view that people are there for them. They don’t really care about other people, yet in order to manipulate them, they can thoroughly convince others they do, even and often deploying outright untruths. They often have a sexual pathology and will groom sexual partners with that same coercion. They will insist on what should be said, done, listened to, read and and even eaten, as according to them, they know best. It is this type of coercion that leads to the victims of psychopaths believing that they willingly succumbed to false choices presented by the perpetrator. They deploy the same techniques on people they contact in general to maintain control. Psychopaths are generally not murderers, rapists, or criminals. Their prevalence is about the same has left-handedness. They can be found in many positions of power, where lack of conscience is an asset to decision making. They are primary concerned with control, money and prestige. Your average person cannot recognize them as they neither know themselves and generally they appear the same as anyone else. One way to recognize them is to count the number of followers or admirers they have” (Linda Orr, psychologist USA- expert on psychopaths [paraphrased a lot])”

Now, contrast that with Serge’s key teaching. Empathy and emotions are evil. The ‘livingness” is actually a method of reducing ones normal emotional responsiveness and empathetic receptivity- vital to functioning in relationships, families and society- and replacing it with a “numbed out’ blank emotional state. Ironic as Serge calls normal living “numbed out”. Marianna and Caroline and others should know straight up that Serge’s doctrine is the work of a psychopath. I did, and I am just your average guy. I didn’t pretend to study the mind, then work with people every day to help them with their mental health issues. Shame on the lot of you.

As RJM says above, the choices are simple. Either Serge has psychopathic tendencies, or he is the new era messiah full of love and light.

If that is the case, why doesn’t he tell us himself, fight his own battles, or magically make us disappear with white magic? You’re fooling yourselves, which might be okay. But fooling others to fall into the same trap, is not. Marianna and co, we will keep advertising your stupidity until you wake up to yourselves and stop enabling Serge. Simple. And if you want to make a noise about it, we’ll make a MUCH BIGGER NOISE. Get it?

    • Last summer, I was watching Silence of the Lambs: the psychopath who was the serial killer had a pattern and a certain approach if it came to women, which reminded me of Serge and his brides: their way of livingness, rubbing themselves with oils, breast massage’s and men even claiming their periods.

However at the time I thought I was a little over sensitive and forgot about it. A couple of weeks ago I bumped into this article, which in this context, is absolutely chilling. Read and weep… http://house-of-mirrors.blogspot.nl/2013/03/the-skinsuit-malignant-narcissist.html

      Happy 2014 to you all!!!

      • Creepy.

Would you like to expand on that? (or send me an email)

All those rituals are allowing themselves to be groomed by a predator. Maybe they all fantasize they’re Miranda.

The rituals are all diversionary narcissism too. Focusing on touching yourself or being touched and being connected with your breasts etc. 24 hours a day doesn’t leave much brain space for critically evaluating your connection to a massive scam. I’d love to see an academic study into trance induction via physical touch. I think it’s one of the most potent techniques. It’s very big in born again Christianity – where they do all the speaking in tongues etc. In Eastern cultures, the trances are usually brought by chanting and/or movement/dance, and sometimes combined with meditation.

Rebecca has mimicked me, lol, btw. She’s picked up on unEsoteric words I’ve used – like ‘pimp’. She and her sister Brothers started citing sexual abuse stats after I did, started adding images to their blogs…She pays me a lot of attention. Maybe she’s in love with me 😀

        • Well, the Buffalo Bill character has certain gender issues; but also is intimidated by women in their full capacity and locks them up in a pit in his basement, where he wants them on a diet and to rub a certain oil on to themselves on a daily basis for a while. All this before he skins them so he can wear their skin as a suit, to be as feminine as they are.
It’s a way of stealing and controlling their femininity out of some sort of (sick) envy.

The bath rituals, rubbing oil, being gentle, tender, dancing naked before the mirror feeling uttermost sexy for the first time in your life pushing 50 (Duh!), breast massage, breast massage cream, woolly hats out of livingness, men reclaiming their periods; seems like some sort of ‘skin suiting’ the feminine to me. Men are emasculated and women start copying each other like complete idiots. Giving each other breast massages. The black belt kickboxer Jane Keep, for instance, once was, becomes persona non grata, to be replaced with tenderness in/out of ‘livingness’. The masculine just gets kicked out of the door. (Which, btw is exactly what transgenders do if they truly do go for the change.)

All this because it ‘suits’ Serge. In a certain way, they are locked up in the basement: deprived from mainstream society and family mirroring Serge, and by proxy Miranda. Creepy it sure is.

I am sure some of these women do need your skin suit badly , Venus. Lol…
I’ll give it three more months before Rebecca opens her own hateblog.

          • Hmmm, thanks Sub-Rosa, that’s a very interesting analysis.

I wonder about Serge’s breast and gynaecological envy – clearly obsessed with penetration (sick ideas about tampons) & gynae pathology, and denigrating babies as parasitial and breast feeding as poisoning babies with ’emotion’. Mother envy. (And it’s all there on his astro chart – he’s done nothing to resolve those problems – only degenerated.)

Plus a castration complex and determined to emasculate others in order to upscale his sub par potency.

It was interesting in the psychopathy test, that part of the rating was ‘fearlessness’ and ‘coolness under pressure’. Serge would be off the scale in terms of the narcissism and emotional detachment traits, but he’s only fearless among vulnerable targets/those he’s overpowered (hence going after juveniles, abuse victims and the sick) and he goes to jelly when challenged for real a la David Millikan.

Where is he now? Hiding behind his Brides. Intimidated by full capacity women not under his spell? Definitely.

Rebecca et al might think they’re powerful, but they’re completely dependent on him and each other. UM goes down and they go back to being pretty bloody ordinary, spiteful and emotionally stunted adults, and will have to do the hard work to establish themselves as autonomous individuals.

          • Potentially unsafe groups or leaders “come off very nice at first, they go for vulnerable people who are looking for answers… what you’d call ‘normal people.’ They’re very good at what they do and can get people to believe anything. You might think you’d never get taken in, but don’t bet on it. ”
            — Margaret Singer, Ph.D.

Ten warning signs regarding people involved in/with a potentially unsafe group/leader.
            1. Obsessiveness regarding the group/leader resulting in the exclusion of almost every normal consideration. Former life plans become subservient to the goal purported by the group.
            2. Individual identity, the group, the leader and/or God as distinct and separate categories of existence become increasingly blurred. Instead, in the follower’s mind these identities become substantially and increasingly fused–as that person’s involvement with the group/leader continues and deepens.
            3. Whenever the group/leader is criticized or questioned it is characterized as “persecution or jealousy”.
            4. Uncharacteristically stilted and seemingly programmed conversation and mannerisms, using group catchphrases, cloning of the group/leader in personal behavior.
            5. Dependency upon the group/leader for problem solving, solutions, and definitions without meaningful reflective thought. A seeming inability to think independently or analyze situations without group/leader involvement.
            6. Hyperactivity and activities centered on the group/leader agenda, which seems to supercede any personal, family goals or individual interests.
            7. A loss of spontaneity and sense of humor.
            8. Increasing isolation from family, spouses and old friends unless they demonstrate an interest in the group/leader.
            9. Anything the group/leader does can be justified no matter how harsh, harmful, contradictory or strange to non-group members.
            10. Former or non followers are at best-considered negative or worse evil and/or under bad or external influences. They cannot be trusted and personal contact is avoided.

“Destructive cults, groups, movements and/or leaders “maintain intense allegiance through the arguments of their ideology, and through social and psychological pressures and practices that, intentionally or not, amount to conditioning techniques that constrict attention, limit personal relationships, and devalue reasoning.”
            — Margaret Singer, Ph.D.

    • Don’t take it personally, duckie, but it hardly matters if you’re real or not as long as you get your job done and you stop leaving croissant crumbs all over the bunker.

Announcement: thanks to the cult’s renewed attempts at bullying and intimidating us, our pageviews have more than doubled when we’d expect them to drop over the holiday break. So thank you Rebecca et al. And when you see the Lost post come up in the top posts, it means we have new readers. You’re doing a stellar job for our cause.

And You Know Who, you’re right about cults losing in court, and not only because they start inventing ‘Australian’ laws that don’t exist, but because they get an overblown sense of themselves that makes them feel entitled to abuse legal process – which IS illegal. (As is indecent assault, false advertising, tax evasion, privacy invasion and fraud.) Ignorance of the law is not an excuse and Lord knows I’ve pointed out enough of the law.

So has Paula Fletcher mentioned Chapter 7 of the Criminal Code Act, 1995, Part 7.4 on false or misleading statements in applications, information or documents with penalties of imprisonment up to 12 months Rebecca ET AL?

  15. “I request that you remove any reference to my name and business from your sites as well as removing all derogatory content targeting Universal Medicine immediately.” Look, Marianna wants you to remove all ‘derogatory’ content targeting Universal Medicine postehaste! Better get to it Ms [redacted].

I guess that means you need to pull down these blogs pronto after that wilting edict. I guess it also means Marianna is just as interested, if not more, in defending Universal Medicine as much as her reputation. Which leads to the observation, that like all cult members, she can’t see where she stops and UM begins. It all feels a little like RMRC and Mens/Womens/Mental/Health Health fronts not declaring a connection, then doing so belatedly and reluctantly, as if realizing belatedly that the UM/Serge brand is at an all time low.

It is, and the damage you are doing is all your own making. These sites are just highlighting what people outside of the group already think, but hadn’t been articulated. The fact that you’ve inexorably linked yourself to the group and have blended into the cognitive landscape of UM makes it very difficult- nay impossible- to get the proper perspective you need to see the organisation, and it’s ideas, for what they are. My guess is that there are people close to you, colleagues, friends, family, who already think that- long before these blogs- but don’t have the courage to tell you. (How do I know? You’d be surprised who we’ve heard from over the last year or so).

When you test these ideas in the real world ladies, they just sound like crazy talk. I haven’t met a professional or reasonably smart person yet, who after examining even briefly the ideas of UM, doesn’t immediately identify it as the work of a sociopath, and as ‘cultish’. It’s not illegal to run a cult, or even be in one. But cults and their members are notorious for losing in courts because their reality testers, by definition, are way out of calibration.

You’re real problems are not this site or its content, but the fact that you are lost in a fantasy world, and criticism causes you painful dissonance. We’re not concerned with that, just keeping others away from the same harm, and bringing Serge to account. If you’re promoting Serge and UM, directly or indirectly, you’ll have to deal with your own problems. After all, you keep telling us it is your choice.

  16. Publicly posting a harassing a pseudo legal complaint on Christmas morning is not the action of someone who has regard for her professional reputation.

Those letters look like a bluff to me, DV. I don’t see a basis for legal complaint in any of them. It’ll be interesting to see where they try and go with those.

  17. http://womeninlivingness.com/2013/08/15/childhood-sexual-abuse-and-abusive-sexual-relationships/

Yes Anon, imagine if you were groomed by a man in his 30’s into being his sexual partner when you were a teenager, and then forced into his way of thinking, being and acting…imagine that you did not know another way of being because from a child you were subtly but surely persuaded into a way of thinking and behaving because of this man? How disgusting is that?

The post ends with: Inspired by the work of Universal Medicine and Serge Benhayon.
    It sure is.

    • I don’t how you read that blog and its perverse hypocritical rubbish.

Hey Rebecca, you should post some of the search terms people use to find the Women in Livingness site, to give your contributors an idea of who is reading their gynaecological exhibitionism. As soon as I began posting about inappropriate touching and Esoteric Breast Massage, the pornography search terms started rolling in.

  18. Seriously, where is Wally: the masculine in all this…? Besides Pedophiles, The Lords of Form and a Mindfrying Mindfuck. Which isn’t the same as full body orgasms to me.

And how much do you have to pay before you can skinsuit Serge, if it comes to those…?

    • Yah, the masculine is wholly demonized in UM. Serge likes his followers soft and inert – like his current sexual function. Our readers shouldn’t be fooled, a lot of sexual predators are sexually dysfunctional. He might boast of full body orgasms (while apologists like cult psychologist Masiorski describe him as having ‘no sexual drive’), but his aversion to hardness is a classically Freudian anxiety related to his oversexed father. In spite of all the soft ‘yumminess’, aggression is encouraged in UM as long as it’s directed at defending the guru, censoring the ‘love-less’, or in recruiting the vulnerable and defenceless.

And Serge’s skinsuit is pretty scrawny and overstretched, but a bunch of followers are shrinking themselves, literally and metaphorically, to try it on – with all its pathologies.

      • What Marianna fails to note (in detecting “no sexual drive” or overt sexual energy being projected her way on Serge’s behalf), is that she’s in all likelihood far, far older than Serge prefers.
